The Pneumatic AirLock Clamp provides a more efficient way to fill scuba cylinders and check their pressure. Unlike standard threaded filling adapters, the device does not need to be screwed into the valve. Simply place it onto the valve, open the cylinder, and the air pressure automatically locks it securely in place. This makes handling significantly faster and far more gentle on valve threads.
The device is compatible with most standard SCUBA valves with a handwheel diameter of up to 46 mm. Both INT and DIN adapters are included and can be attached as needed.
Thanks to its stainless-steel and chrome-plated brass construction, the AirLock clamp is ideal for heavy-duty use in filling stations, dive centers, and service workshops.
Available Versions
1. AirLock Pro
A complete solution for everyday professional use. To operate, simply connect a hose from the compressor or air bank.
This version enables both cylinder filling and accurate pressure checking within seconds.
This type can be connected to a hose with M12x1,5 or M16x1,5 fitting.
Includes:

- Hose connection fitting with M12x1.5 thread
- Hose connection fitting with M16x1.5 thread
2. AirLock Check
A version designed exclusively for quick pressure checks. Ideal for dive bases where cylinders need to be checked repeatedly and without delay.
The device locks onto the valve within moments, using air pressure to hold securely, and displays the pressure reading immediately.
This version cannot be used for filling.

3. AirLock Base
Perfect if you already use a cross-fill valve. In this version, the device serves as a pneumatic clamp only, which you simply screw onto your cross-fill valve.
You continue using your current system - just faster and more comfortably.
- If your cross-fill valve includes a pressure gauge → the setup can be used for both filling and pressure checking.
- If you attach only your own gauge → it functions as a pressure-check unit.
Your existing equipment must have DIN 300 Bar connector.
