We also provide post-warranty service for our products.

If one of your LOLA products deserves proper service after years of good work or stops working properly, you can send your product to us for post-warranty service. We will look into it and agree with you on the next course of action that will suit you best.

How to do it?

If you are interested in post-warranty service, let us know at so that we can make a preliminary arrangement.

Pack your products in such a way that they are not damaged during transport, put a note in the package where you describe what is wrong with the product and your contact information (billing and shipping address, phone, email) and send it to us at the address:

As soon as the package is delivered to us, we will disassemble the product and find out where the defect is. We will propose a solution (one or more) and contact you with a price. If we agree, we will start the service, solve the payment with you and send you the serviced product back.
