SHIPPING
SHIPPING CZECH REPUBLIC
We ship orders within the Czech Republic by the transport company PPL. Delivery from dispatch is usually within +2 days.
The price depends on the weight of the package:

SHIPPING SLOVAK REPUBLIC
We ship orders within the Slovak Republic by the transport company PPL. Delivery from dispatch is usually within +3 days.

SHIPPING EU
For EU orders, we ship via DHL Economy, delivery time depends on destination, it is between 2 to 5 days from dispatch.
The price depends on the weight of the order and the country of delivery. The transport fee is divided by zone:
Zone 1 - Germany, Poland
Zone 2 - Austria, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain
Zone 3 - Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovenia, Sweden

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU
We ship orders outside the EU by DHL Express, the delivery time depends on the destination.
The price depends on the weight of the order and the country of delivery. After receiving and preparing your order, the shipping cost will be calculated and either a proforma invoice will be sent to you (if you have chosen to pay by bank transfer) or a link for payment by card (if you have chosen to do so.)
PAYMENT METHODS
The possible methods of payment are an advance payment, cash on delivery and credit card payment.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
If you choose a bank transfer, the following is applicable: You have to transfer the entire purchase price for your entire order to our account no later than 7 days from issuing the invoice.
For foreign payments, please follow the rule that each party pays their bank's fees - SHA. This means that the sender pays only fees to the bank for outgoing payment and the recipient pays his possible fees.

CASH ON DELIVERY
This payment method can be chosen when delivery address is in Czech republic or Slovakia. For czech republic there is a fee 49,- CZK, for Slovak there is a fee 59,- CZK.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
If you choose to pay by card, a link to pay by card will be sent to the email specified in the order. Please note that you will not be referred to the payment gateway immediately when the order is sent, but it will be sent to your email only when we have your order ready. Please carefully check the email you provide in the order.
